Accessing and purchasing through our website implies full acceptance of these conditions.

  • To purchase, registration is not required; simply complete the contract form.
  • The client declares to be over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Orders will be confirmed by email after payment is completed.

3. Prices and payment methods

4. Shipping Policy

  • Scope of delivery: Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands (we do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla).

    • Products in stock → Mainland Spain: 24/72h | Balearic/Canary Islands: 3-5 working days.
    • Exclusive (custom) designs → 15 to 35 calendar days.
  • Transport company: MRW or other trusted courier companies.

  • One More Up is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

    • If it is due to an error by One More Up (defective or wrong product), we will cover the costs.
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used, once the product has been received and inspected.
