To purchase, registration is not required; simply complete the contract form.
The client declares to be over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
Orders will be confirmed by email after payment is completed.

Prices are shown in Euros (€), include VAT and, where applicable, itemized shipping costs.

Shipping costs for orders less than €60.00.. €3.95

Scope of delivery: Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands (we do not ship to Ceuta or Melilla).
Delivery times:
- Products in stock → Mainland Spain: 24/72h | Balearic/Canary Islands: 3-5 working days.
- Exclusive (custom) designs → 15 to 35 calendar days.
Transport company: MRW or other trusted courier companies.
Incidents: If the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a notice to reschedule the delivery.
One More Up is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE – PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Some of our products can leave our warehouse in a within 1 to 3 business days from the order entry date.
📌 Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be considered managed starting from the next working day.
During special periods as Christmas, sales, special promotions or high demand campaigns, as well as in the months of December and January, can occur delays in order preparation and delivery due to:
Increased order volume
Delays at transport agencies
Year-end closings and inventories in supplement warehouses

The customer can return any product within a period of 14 calendar days from the reception.
Only unused products in their original packaging and with intact seals are accepted.
Costs:
- If the return is due to customer error (size, model, color), the costs will be borne by the customer.
- If it is due to an error by One More Up (defective or wrong product), we will cover the costs.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used, once the product has been received and inspected.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:
Wear and tear resulting from normal or intensive use
Damage caused by improper washing
Chafing, loss of color or elasticity
Improper use of the product or lack of maintenance
Progressive deterioration due to use is part of the nature of the product and It is not covered by the warranty..

Supplement products, being of food consumer goods, They do not accept returns or exchanges once opened or tampered with., except in the following cases:
Defective product of origin
Expired product or product with incorrect date
Packaging damaged before opening
Error in sending

In case of conflict, the consumer and user regulations in force in Spain will apply.

Commissions: 10% for each sale confirmed through your link/code.
Validation: Only confirmed orders are counted (not canceled or returned).
Payments: Monthly, every 30 days, on confirmed commissions.
Payment methods: Bank transfer, Bizum or PayPal.
