We process the personal data you provide us in the following situations:

  • When purchasing: identification, shipping and billing information.
  • When creating an account: login details and profile.
  • Upon contact: name, email, phone number and message.
  • When making payments: Data managed by external payment gateways (credit card, PayPal, Bizum). One More Up does not access card numbers.
